Any service under warranty must be authorised by JH Appliance in advance and be provided by an authorised JH Appliance service agent. All JH Appliance’s goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (‘the ACT”). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits conferred under this Midea Appliances warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the ACT (see also 8. below).
